Dairy-Free Garlic Aioli
Ingredients
- 1 cup vegan mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
Instructions
- In a small bowl or jar, whisk together all the ingredients until smooth.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary.
- Store in the fridge for 3-5 days in an airtight container.
